About

Hi, I'm Morgan! 👋

Artist, professional fandom enabler, and the person behind Art by MoPotter.

I've been obsessed with two things for basically my entire life: making art and being way too emotionally invested in the things I love. So honestly, this was probably inevitable.

Art by MoPotter is where those two parts of my brain collided — a little corner of the internet dedicated to turning my love of Stray Kids, collecting, and making things with my hands into tiny pieces of art you can hold.

It All Started With a Bronze Sharpie...

In March 2025, my friends and I were sitting around making freebies for the Stray Kids dominATE Tour.

Some people were making friendship bracelets. Others were bedazzling photocards.

And me?

I picked up a bronze Sharpie and committed what, at the time, felt like absolute photocard sacrilege:

I drew on one.

And then I drew on another.

And apparently I couldn't stop.

A couple weeks later, on my 33rd birthday, I put my first set of hand-doodled photocards up for sale.

And the rest is history.

From Sharpies to Tiny Dragon Treasure

Since that first bronze Sharpie, I've experimented with just about every way I could think of to turn a photocard into a tiny piece of fan art.

Different inks. Stickers from Japan. Hand-drawn illustrations. Themed collections. Curated STAY Doodle Boxes filled with cards and little fandom treasures. And a truly unreasonable number of tiny details, inside jokes, lyrics, and references.

Eventually, all that experimenting led me to embossed cards.

I digitally draw each design before working with my production partners to have the cards professionally printed and embossed, creating raised metallic details you can actually feel beneath your fingertips.

And despite having opened many, many boxes of them at this point, they still make my brain go:

✨ SHINY DRAGON TREASURE ✨

Every. Single. Time.

There's something magical about watching a design go from a ridiculous little idea in my head, to a digital doodle on my screen, to an actual shiny object I can hold in my hands.

I don't think that part will ever get old.

Made for STAYs, by a STAY

My favorite part of designing isn't just making something pretty.

It's making something that feels fan-coded.

If there's an opportunity to hide a reference, sneak in an inside joke, incorporate a meaningful lyric, or include some ridiculously specific piece of SKZ lore that only another STAY would notice... I probably did.

Because fandom is FUN.

I love the screaming. I love the inside jokes. I love recognizing a reference that would mean absolutely nothing to anyone outside the fandom. I love collecting tiny pieces of cardboard featuring eight Korean men as if they're priceless Renaissance paintings.

And I really, really love making art that celebrates all of it.

Art by MoPotter isn't official merch. It's fan art made by someone who's right there in the trenches with you.

My hope is that opening one of my packages feels a little like getting treasure in the mail — something thoughtfully made, delightfully unnecessary, and very specifically for us.

The Human Behind the Cards

Hi again. Still Morgan. 👋

I'm a self-taught artist, longtime professional photographer-turned-creator, serial hobby collector, and enthusiastic nerd with a particular weakness for Stray Kids.

When I'm not designing cards, I'm probably watching SKZ content, filming reactions with my sister for my YouTube channel Life of Morgan, traveling somewhere I absolutely did not need an excuse to visit, or coming up with another art project before I've finished the last one.

Art by MoPotter is a one-woman small business, so when you send a message, leave a comment, place an order, or tag the shop in your unboxing, there's no mysterious corporate entity on the other side.

It's me!

And genuinely, one of the coolest parts of this entire accidental adventure has been watching something that started with one bronze Sharpie and a photocard I was mildly terrified to ruin turn into cards displayed on shelves, tucked into collections, traded between friends, and loved by STAYs all over the world.

That's still kind of wild to me.

So thank you for being here — and for letting my weird little ideas become a tiny part of your fandom. 🖤

Come Hang Out!

Most of the Art by MoPotter chaos happens over on Threads, where you'll find new designs, behind-the-scenes peeks, collection launches, SKZ screaming, and whatever else we're collectively losing our minds over that week.

And if you're ready to hunt for some tiny dragon treasure of your own...
